Carleigh Arnason, RMT, is a graduate of Kootenay Columbia College of Massage Therapy here in Nelson. Prairie born and nature inspired, Carleigh has always been drawn to healing work. Her massages are intuitive and incorporate trigger point release, passive stretching, and deep tissue as needed. They are as relaxing as they are effective.
